猶他州 鹽湖城 摩門教總堂

參觀了在猶他州(Utah)的摩門教總堂，教堂建築宏偉，氣勢非凡。

彩虹

由 Utah州 駕車，三個多小時到了 Idaho州，中間經過一個勁大的雨區，還夾著下了冰雹。但過了雨區後，天氣放晴，到了酒店，晚上8時多還見到彩虹呢！

攝於 West Yellowstone, Montana 酒店前的一輛大卡車，很喜歡美國的大卡車，很有性格，不似香港的日本車，全部平面方角。

黃石公園 West Thumb Lake

黃石國家公園（Yellowstone National Park），簡稱黃石公園，是世界第一座國家公園，成立於1872年。黃石公園位於美國中西部懷俄明州的西北角，並向西北方向延伸到愛達荷州和蒙大拿州，面積達7988平方公里。這片地區原本是印地安人的聖地，但因美國探險家劉易斯與克拉克遠征的發掘，而成為世界上最早的國家公園。它在1978年被列為世界自然遺產。

加州北部的國家公園─Yosemite，當地華人譯作 "優山美地 或 優勝美地"。海拔8000呎以上，為一冰蝕作用而產生的峽谷地貌。
